Proofs for In-House Boxed Invitations Only!
After you place an order for boxed invitations, you will receive a proof of your order through your email or by fax within 24-48 business hours. The proof will show you the color, font and layout of your text. You will then have the opportunity to make any changes you feel are needed and The Invitation Spot will work with you until you are satisfied and will not print any orders until a final approval is given by you.
PLEASE NOTE: The Invitation Spot is not responsible for mistakes once the final proof is approved.
Shipping
The Invitation Spot ships all orders by either UPS, FEDex or the US POSTAL service. We will ship blank orders within 3-5 business days and printed orders will ship within 4-6 business days. We do have several gift and custom lines that may require longer shipping times, but they are noted on our site. UPS and FEDex ship only to a physical address, not to a Post Office Box. The Invitation Spot only ships Monday-Friday and we do not ship on major holidays. We offer ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air and overnight.
Rush Orders
If you need your order rushed, you can either call us or you can check the “Rush Order” box when you place your order through our site. There is a $20.00 rush charge fee. With this charge, we guarantee that if you have a blank order it will ship in 1-3 business days, and if it is printed it will ship in 2- 3business days.
Approximate time frames for shipping ground from California are as follows:
- East Coast 4 to 6 business days
- Mid-Central 3 to 4 business days
- West Coast 2 to 3 Business Days

In-House Printing
The majority of our boxed invitation printing is performed at our store. The process is a flat print and we print in almost any color. Please note that envelope printing is separate then invitation and stationery printing.

Return Address Printing
All of our invitations have envelopes included in the price of the invitation. If you would like to have your return address printed on the back flap, the charge is $2.50 per Box of 10.
Cancellations
If you cancel your order once a proof has been sent, we will refund all but $15.00 of your total purchase. If you have selected to have this order rushed, we will not refund the 20.00 rush fee. There is no refund on Custom Album orders.
Return Policy and Re-prints
All sale and clearance items are final sale. You may return regular priced blank stock within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will not refund the original cost of shipping to you or the cost of shipping to have the stock returned to us. We are unable to except returned printed items. If you find there is a misprint on your product, please inform us and we will work with you to quickly correct this error. Our graphic designers are trained to proofread all orders for grammar and spelling, but ultimately it is up to the customer to approve their proof. If any order contains a misprint due to our staff, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.
